This builder/developer client is on his fourth loan since beginning with SFG during the spring of 2010. Their high quality new home product has been quickly absorbed by the market; the most recently completed home contracted during construction and closed immediately upon receipt of the certificate of occupancy. They are now starting on the final house within this small, in-fill subdivision of view homes, and it, too, has been presold.

Like many other core submarkets of Southern CA, Woodland Hills has a shortage of inventory of homes available, particularly new construction. SFG has been actively financing construction of well located, properly positioned, spec residential projects right through the downdraft. As many submarkets are seeing recovery, increased buyer demand and burgeoning sales numbers, SFG’s construction department is working overtime, and is thoroughly enjoying the opportunity…particularly with our repeat clients!
