One of SFG’s important Coachella Valley contacts required a quick, small cash-out refinance on their one remaining unit in this broken residential condo project. While we typically focus on larger loans, SFG can and will respond to smaller requests.

This condo is located just west of downtown Palm Springs and featured high-quality finish specs with a private pool and Jacuzzi. As always, there was a challenge. In this situation, it was building a case for value given the nature of the previous same-project sales.
