It is part of a master planned residential community with golf course, recreational facilities and water access. The Borrower is a limited liability company and the individual Guarantors have excellent credit and impressive builder resumes. Since the LLC is newly formed with no borrowing history, the banks were working at a snail’s pace to provide the financing for this “make sense” transaction. Borrower turned to SFG for its quick turnaround, flexible dispersal schedules and line-of-credit terms.
