New construction condo in Wailea, Maui, Hawaii needed to close fast after another lender closed their doors. This strong borrower needed to close immediately upon completion of the unit or would be out of contract. Since the developer had multiple offers on the project at a higher price, now that it was completed, there was no extension possibilities. SFG was able to meet the deadline and fund on time to save the deal.
