A skillful Sponsor, highly focused on free-standing triple-net leased locations throughout the Southwest, was looking for a Lending partner on this well-located former Boston Market in Tucson.  The play is to take a high-traffic corner, update the building and tenant with a fresh concept and drive-thru to take advantage of the specific location.  As is typical, there are the usual hurdles to overcome, closing deadlines, municipality requirements, etc. Working closely with Sponsorship, SFG brought the deal to a successful closing and on time.
