Seattle Funding Group continues to support this expert Coachella Valley-based developer and homebuilder’s highly successful, resort-like condominium community in Palm Desert.
This latest $2.8m funding was for Phase IV in this terrific community, bringing SFG’s total project construction financing to $11.2m over three phases. SFG had provided construction financing for Phase I of the production units eight months earlier, and sales within Phase I started closing three days before SFG recorded on Phase IV.
SFG focuses on developing long-term lending relationships in support of The West’s best small to mid-sized builders. This was our fourth loan to this highly-talented team, and there are many other quality, experienced developers, home builders and real estate entrepreneurs for whom SFG has provided financing 20, 30 and 40, or more, times.
