Ground-Up Construction of Four Spec Townhomes in Coastal San Diego

This most recent closing was very straightforward and right over the plate for SFG. Located in the Crown Point neighborhood of San Diego’s Pacific Beach community, this 4-unit project was right-sized and well suited to the market’s demographics and demands. In addition to a great Coastal location, the experienced builders had paid cash for the lot and the project was permit ready. Capable sponsors, coastal property, a product that meets its market, permit ready…tailor made for SFG’s spec residential construction program.

SFG’s construction manager and staff worked closely with the builders throughout the short process. In the end, the closing allowed the builders to advance their project, and the referring brokers were more than satisfied with the responsiveness and communication SFG brought to the transaction.

On Wednesday, August 15, 2012 one year after they broke ground, this terrific project was completed. The experienced builder worked closely with SFG’s construction department throughout the process, and relied heavily on Alex Rojas of Shore Point Real Estate  to guide them as to the finish specs and materials that the local market demanded. The end result was picture perfect, and Alex had the first unit sold at full price before the certificates of occupancy were issued. At last check, Alex had other units in play, as well. Congratulations to all on this fine coastal project!
