Knowing that it would take time with the city to get plans approved, he utilized SFG to buy the land in 2021. In the end, he received approval to subdivide the lot and build two Luxury Townhomes.
During that time, one of the best teams in Ketchum was assembled to build this unique property. *Magleby Construction and Williams Partners Architects. The sponsor also marketed and sold the 1st home as a presale. We were able to roll the lot loan into a construction loan and quickly fund, capturing both the incoming sale and the perfect building season.
