The Builder needed some cash-out of a nearly complete two home development to keep another project alive. SFG was able to work with the builder and title company to make sure that the property was free of mechanics liens and accomplish the cash-out goal while still maintaining SFG’s lien priority.The two homes are located in the Cougar Hills neighborhood of Bellevue, just minutes from downtown Issaquah and Lake Sammamish.
