Located in a rapidly changing neighborhood of West Sacramento, it enjoys close proximity to downtown, employment centers, shopping and recreation. Being developed by a proven professional and walkable to a handful of dining establishments, River Walk Park, Old Sacramento and Golden 1 Center, there was a lot to like about this terrific project and the financing opportunity it presented. At the same time, there were the usual project specific challenges and concerns to address and work through in order to shepherd the request to a successful closing. Working closely with the sponsorship and project development team, SFG was able to properly address those issues and structure a solution that provided the capital necessary to complete the project.
