Originally built in 1989, this 55,000 square foot warehouse/office building was rented for two years until our borrowers made a command decision… to exercise the purchase and sale option of their lease agreement. Because other lenders dragged their feet, our borrowers expended both of the two 30-day extensions they were given, and decided to look elsewhere for financing. Once a third extension was issued, along with an additional $5,000 fee, certainty and dependability of the lender were crucial.
