“Mr. Stafford is currently Senior Underwriter for SFG LTD’s commercial, construction, and investment residential lending. Chris has been with SFG since 2021 and focuses on identifying real estate lending opportunities that help clients get to a close when conventional credit will not, while soundly protecting invested capital. His responsibilities include the funding and structuring of commercial loans, construction lending for builders and developers, investment residential lending, and loans to foreign-national investors, including bank take outs, construction completion, and using existing equity to recapitalize a deal.
