Our Borrower rehabbed another retail property in the very hot eclectic Art District of Downtown Las Vegas. The city has put a ton of improvements and energy into redeveloping The Art District of Vegas with new sidewalk, new street lighting, and infrastructure to improve the tenant base and clean up this area of the city.

The Borrower had put in all the physical improvements to the property and had the property 100% leased. Now the borrower needed to get some rehab capital back out for his next big project.
